Mr. Kinnon is the Head of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer of 22V Asset Management. Throughout his career, Mr. Kinnon has focused on various aspects of fund operations, including cash management, trade operations, portfolio accounting, liquidity, counterparty management, and middle-office functions. Mr. Kinnon has played an important role in managing fund relationships across counterparties, fund administrators, and middle-office service providers. With over a decade of fund operations experience at established alternative asset management firms, Mr. Kinnon most recently served as a senior manager of the fund operations team at CenterBridge Partners. In this role, he optimized operational efficiency and contributed significantly to the Best Execution Committee. Prior to CenterBridge, Mr. Kinnon was a senior member of the fund operations team at MidOcean Credit Partners, where he worked with Mr. Dunn for six years, and Och-Ziff Capital Management’s fund accounting and treasury group. His career began at The Bank of New York Mellon in their hedge fund accounting group. Mr. Kinnon received a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Robert Morris University.
Abigail Longfield is an Investor Relations Associate for 22V Asset Management. Prior to joining 22VAM, Abigail was an Associate at GoldenTree Asset Management for four years. While at GoldenTree, she provided sales support and assisted in their capital raising efforts on the Business Development team. She holds a BA in Communication Studies with a concentration in Business from the University of Tennessee.
Victoria Cseuscsik is an Investment Analyst for 22V Asset Management. Before joining 22V Asset Management, she worked as a Senior Derivatives Analyst for Northern Trust in Chicago, IL. Prior to Northern Trust, she was an Investment Analyst for Montclair State University’s Red Hawk Investment Fund conducting analysis on Fixed Income ETFs and the portfolio’s Fixed Income allocation and proposed new investment opportunities to the Investment Committee. She began her career as an Associate at Bank of New York Mellon|Pershing. Victoria received a BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance from Montclair State University.
Braeden Darragh is a Credit Analyst at 22V Asset Management where he is responsible for the identification and analysis of investment opportunities across the corporate credit universe. Prior to joining 22VAM, Braeden was at PGIM Fixed Income as an Investment Analyst in the Portfolio Analysis Group. While at PGIM, Braeden worked on both the Developed Market Rates Hedge Fund & Emerging Markets Desk. Braeden received a BBA in Finance with a specialization in Applied Quantitative Finance and a minor in Mathematics from Villanova University.
Mr. Martello is an Investment Analyst at 22V Asset Management and supports all facets of risk monitoring and reporting. Prior to joining 22VAM, he was a Project Manager at Lineage Logistics, an international warehousing and logistics management company and an industrial real estate investment trust. Thomas received a BA in Economics from Princeton University.
Dominick Tipa is the Director of Information Technology and Fund Operations Analyst at 22V Asset Management and is the front line for day-to-day operational functions across 22V Asset Management. Dominick has a strong foundation in Operations & Financial Technology. Prior to joining 22VAM, Dominick worked at Evercore Partners where he provided IT support across various segments of the Investment Bank, including Equity Research/Sales & Trading, Advisory & Global IT Infrastructure Operations. His career reflects a broad understanding of both IT and Fund Operations.
Mr. Barr is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of 22V Asset Management. During the 35 years prior to joining 22VAM, Mr. Barr had various experience in the building and advising of new and existing companies, and their internal financial structures. Mr. Barr was an independent advisor to early-stage and growth companies on corporate strategy, business operations and capital structures as the founder and managing partner of Water Mill Partners. Mr. Barr has also been a co-founder, executive, and board member for several companies. In these roles, Mr. Barr implemented business strategies, led corporate development, and negotiated material business contracts. Previously, Mr. Barr was an investment banker for approximately 20 years, specializing in technology, media, telecom, and consumer sectors. Mr. Barr was a managing director at Rothschild, Inc. in New York; led the east coast mergers and acquisitions group at Robertson Stephens, Inc.; and headed the technology mergers and acquisitions group at CIBC World Markets. Mr. Barr holds a BSE and MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Goswami is the Director of Research for 22V Asset Management and is responsible for identifying and researching Investment Grade and performing, High Yield credit investments. Mr. Goswami has over 25 years of experience in fundamental credit research as a senior analyst covering a variety of industries and debt instruments across the entire capital structure. Prior to 22VAM, Mr. Goswami was a senior analyst on the proprietary trading desk at Cantor Fitzgerald. Before that, he held senior research analyst positions at Janney Montgomery Scott, where he was a senior sell side analyst covering all industries. Previously, at Merrill Lynch, he was the senior analyst on the proprietary trading desk of Merrill’s internal hedge fund, where he covered industrial, technology, homebuilding, gaming, paper, and media sectors. Before joining Merrill Lynch, he held senior investment positions at The Clinton Group and the Royal Bank of Canada. He began his career on the sell side for UBS in the Institutional Investor top-rated High Yield Group for telecommunications and cable/satellites. Mr. Goswami is a Chartered Financial Analyst and earned an MBA from Wake Forest University and a BA from the University of Vermont.
Mr. Wertheimer is a Portfolio Manager and Head of Trading at 22V Asset Management. Mr. Wertheimer works alongside the CIO managing portfolio strategy, while also identifying and executing investments on behalf of the Fund. Mr. Wertheimer adds over 23 years of institutional buy-side experience as a portfolio manager and a trader. All of Mr. Wertheimer’s career prior to joining 22VAM was spent at APG Asset Management, one of the largest pension asset managers in the world. Before joining 22VAM, he was the head of investing for a tactical strategy and co-head of strategic strategies overseeing a team of portfolio managers, analysts and traders with over $15B in assets managed. At APG, Mr. Wertheimer honed a well-rounded market understanding of fixed income, equity and real estate investing. At APG he was a member of the Global Real Estate Investment Committee overseeing all projects, positioning, and performance across a $50B public & private global real estate portfolio. Mr. Wertheimer graduated from the University of Delaware.
Mr. Dunn is Chief Investment Officer of 22V Asset Management, responsible for leading the investment process and portfolio management while overseeing the operations of the Fund. Mr. Dunn has 28 years of portfolio management experience throughout which he actively managed numerous corporate credit portfolios through multiple market cycles. Over his career, Mr. Dunn has employed numerous strategies, including the extensive use of long/short strategies. Before joining 22V, Mr. Dunn founded and launched the Absolute Return Credit Business at MidOcean Partners, which he then managed for 12 years. Prior to MidOcean, he held the role of Head of Primus Asset Management where he founded the Primus Asset Management Absolute Return Credit Fund. Between 2005-2009, Mr. Dunn founded the credit portfolio management division at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi and was responsible for managing the bank’s North American proprietary credit investment portfolio. Preceding that, Mr. Dunn founded Dresdner Bank’s credit asset management business and oversaw its proprietary investment portfolio. Additionally, Mr. Dunn’s experience includes portfolio management roles in CIBC’s Loan Portfolio Management Group and JPMorgan’s Cash Management Group. Mr. Dunn received an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business and B.A. in Economics from Ithaca College.
